FEATURES
The stainless steel full-contact floating roof combines stainless steel full-contact floating roof with full-compensation sealing technology,ensuring no oil or gas space between the floating roof and the medium liquid surface. The seal is in full contact with the tank wall to ensure no leakage of the medium. The stainless steel full-contact floating roof features an immersed liquid surface design. The buoyancy element is a box that can be disassembled and replaced.
The stainless steel full liquid contact floating tank is composed of stainless steel tank and honeycomb, forming an independent sealed tank. The stainless steel full liquid contact floating tank adopts cold welding process to avoid deformation and leakage. The edge plate is directly connected and fixed with the tank by bolts.

1. Stable operation
   The stainless steel full liquid contact floating disc complies with the relevant provisions of GB 50341, GB 50128 and API 650 on floating discs. After the honeycomb is placed in the box, the unit area load capacity of the box is increased to ensure the stability of the floating disc operation process.
2. Float tank body
   The floating platforms box contains a honeycomb structure, which is connected to the upper and lower end plates of the box through adhesive or welding, ensuring complete sealing between the honeycombs top and bottom surfaces and the end plates of the box. Each honeycomb hole serves as a buoyancy unit, and these holes are independent and not continuous. Even if there is a leak in the lower end plate of the floating platforms box, the medium can only enter the single honeycomb hole and will not spread to other internal spaces. During maintenance, only the affected area needs to be replaced specifically.
3. On-site installation
   All components and construction tools of the floating deck are entered through the manhole of the storage tank, and no hot work is required inside the tank.
4. Service life
   The main body of the stainless steel full liquid contact floating disc is designed to have a service life of more than 15 years, and the sealing service life is more than 10 years. After the transfer or replacement of the sealing, the stainless steel full liquid contact floating disc box can continue to be used.
5. Use effect
   After adopting the stainless steel full-liquid-contact floating roof, it meets the requirements of GB-31570/31571 for high-efficiency sealing technology,complies with the VOCs emission total requirements for petroleum refining enterprises as stipulated in the “13th Five-Year Plan for Volatile Organic Compounds Pollution Prevention and Control,” and satisfies the requirements set by local environmental protection departments that the VOCs emission concentration from breather valves or vent holes of light oil atmospheric storage tanks should not exceed 500 ppm or even lower.
   The stainless steel full liquid contact floating disc completely blocks the volatilization of oil and gas, and solves the safety hazard of oil and gas space under the floating disc cover plate.
