A) Aluminum floating drum type internal floating disc

Aluminum hexagonal internal floating disc structure: it is a bionic mesh structure, and the floating elements are embedded in the skeleton to enhance the strength of the whole floating disc structure. It has the advantages of high structural strength and low operating cost.

b) Stainless steel floating drum type internal floating disc

The floating drum-type stainless steel inner floating disc adopts a “well”character structure. That is, the frame of the floating disc forms a “well” character; all materials used are stainless steel, which increases the overall structural strength of the floating disc and correspondingly extends its service life. All floats do not exceed 2 meters in length, so if any two non- adjacent floats leak, it will not significantly affect the entire floating disc, allowing it to continue operating normally. Each float is made from rolled stainless steel plates, with a weld seam on top. During operation, this weld seam remains above the liquid surface and does not come into contact with the medium, thus reducing the possibility of leakage.

The assembled stainless steel floating disc is easy and quick to install and has low maintenance cost; it adopts bolt connection without welding,which is particularly suitable for tank transformation. The parts are realized by mold and standardized production, and have good interchangeability.
